From enduro chassis to Supermoto setup.
Your suspension determines how your bike really rides. We uncompromisingly convert your original suspension to Supermoto — tailored to your bike, your weight and your riding style. Optionally including a complete custom finish.
Performance first.
First the function: tuning, service, shim setup, and spring rate for your weight. Without this basis, the most beautiful look is useless.
Then make it yours.
And then you decide what your suspension looks like. Anodizing, coating, color gradient — down to the last detail.
Three stages. One Chassis.
From pure functional modification to a complete build with personal color coordination.

Performance is the basis. What your suspension looks like afterwards, you decide.
You can specify each of these components individually in the configurator — or you can tell us your color concept and we'll implement it consistently.
Anodizing
The biggest visual lever on the entire chassis — single color, gradient, or with a motif.
Real Samples
No color swatches on screen — these are our real anodized samples including decor variants.
Refine
For a consistent custom look down to the bottom of the fork.
Component finish
Small parts, big impact — covers and rings to match the color concept.
Adjusting rings
Availability depends on the chassis — we'll show you what's possible with yours.
Adjuster
Rebound and compression damping matching the color concept — the upsell you see every day when wrenching.
Reservoir & Co.
Full custom doesn't stop at the outer tubes — housing and reservoir are also included.
Configure visually now
You don't know what the parts are called yet? No problem — in the configurator, you can select "Show me what's possible" everywhere.

XPLOR, 4CS and cartridge kits are no desired levels.
Bike, year of manufacture and existing suspension determine which technical components are actually necessary. That's why our configurator consistently separates two questions.
What would you like?
Your requirements, your area of application, your optics. You choose this yourself — in steps 2 to 4 of the configurator.
What does the chassis need?
This is what the technical inspection reveals. After configuration, we'll tell you which components are really necessary for your bike.
Six steps to your Setup.
Answer what you know. We will then check all technical details for you — and get back to you with a concrete offer.
Down to the last detail Detail.
Full Custom doesn't end with the outer tubes. On request, we include further suspension components in your color concept — from the adjustment screw to the reservoir.
No blind purchase. First Inspection, then offer.
Technical Inspection
We check the bike, year of manufacture and existing suspension and clarify which components are really necessary.
Your offer
You will receive a concrete offer from Diller — with scope, costs, and processing time.
Order & Shipping
Only after your approval will a binding order, payment and shipping release for your suspension be generated.
Conversion & Return Shipping
Implementation by our specialized workshop, return shipping and processing are handled by Diller.

Supermoto suspension conversion: why the suspension decides the conversion
One Supermoto chassis conversion does not start with the wheels, but with the fork and shock absorber. Anyone who converts their enduro to 17 inches fundamentally changes tire contact patch, grip and braking forces — the series suspension is never designed for this. It remains too soft, dips too far when braking and no longer works in the right range when cornering.
Therefore, coordination comes first: Spring rate matching your ready-to-ride weight, a shim setup for rebound and compression that matches the area of use, and if necessary, a shortening of the fork. Whether your suspension needs a WP XPLOR, a 4CS, an AER or a cartridge kit for this is not decided by desire, but by bike, year of manufacture and existing technology.
Street, track or stunt - three different setups
A setup for comfortable country roads has little to do with a track setup. On the Race track stability during hard braking and a rear that doesn't stamp are important. In stunt use, control at low speeds and in wheelie positions is more important. That's exactly why we ask in the configurator about riding level, riding style and current problems — this results in the tuning, not from a price list.
Custom Finish: anodizing, DLC and TiN
Once the function is clarified, the optics follow. Anodized outer tubes are the biggest visual lever on the bike — monochrome, in a color gradient or with a decal. Inner tubes can be coated deep black and particularly wear-resistant with DLC or refined with TiN and PVD in gold, chrome and rainbow. In addition, there are fork feet, fork caps, adjustment rings, spring plates, shock absorber housings and adjusters for rebound and compression. If you consistently implement your color concept, you will end up with a chassis that matches Decor and wheel set fits.
One contact person for the complete build
Diller Powerparts is your contractual partner for the entire conversion: You send your configuration, we technically check the bike and chassis and then create a concrete offer. Only after that will a binding order, payment and shipping release be generated. The technical implementation is carried out by our specialized workshop, and the processing and return shipping are handled by us.
Because a chassis rarely stays alone, you can Complete Wheels, brakes, tires, tubeless conversion, decals, and seat cover directly into the inquiry. You can pre-configure your wheelset in the Wheel Configurator put together. One bike, one contact person — that's the difference between bought-together parts and a planned build.
