Important:
The original WP48 fork must be installed, otherwise it won’t fit. You might also need a different headlight mask and a front fender. We’re happy to advise you.
Item Description:
Indeed, the stock triple clamp is a major weakness. Almost every minor fall causes the front wheel to twist relative to the handlebars, making it impossible to continue riding directly. This no longer happens with an Xtrig triple clamp, as the fork is virtually twist-proof due to the opposing clamping device.
What this means for you:
- More safety → No more twisting of the front wheel
- Better directional stability → Due to better clamping → Better handling, more control, more direct steering
- Less deformation of the fork tubes → Due to the opposing clamping device, the screws no longer need to be tightened as much
- Better fork response → As it moves more freely in the clamping area
The Rocs Pro has one more feature compared to the cheaper Rocs Tech: you can change the offset.
What does that mean:
The offset, or displacement, is the distance from the center of the fork to the center of the steering axis. A larger offset makes the bike more agile, while a smaller offset makes it more stable. Here’s a YouTube link on how to change the offset: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YW7SLF-penI
Attention:
The handlebar mount must be ordered separately.
