The setup of a conventional suspension system has always been a compromise between comfort and bottoming resistance. KYB now combines these two factors, and the result is exceptional responsiveness in all riding situations.

• Closed Cartridge fork with one spring each
• Very precise and highly adjustable damping
• Very good responsiveness of the fork
• Black DLC coated lower tubes
• All other internal components are also coated, thus reducing friction to a minimum
• Kashima coated outer tubes
• CNC machined fork lugs for exact precision and torsional rigidity
• Special spring support makes the fork more progressive at the end of the travel and ensures a softer landing

KYB Kit Factory suspensions are custom-made for each customer. Delivery time is approx. 10 working days if all components are in stock. Returns for such custom orders are excluded. However, a change in tuning is not a problem.
