Supermoto Parts for Conversion, Maintenance, and the Race Track

What makes Supermoto parts last even after the third season? Fit and material quality decide that, not the price on the label. As a family business from the Rhön, Diller Powerparts therefore provides parts that can withstand the leap from the workshop to the race track.

A conversion from a motocross bike to a supermoto needs more than new wheels. Brakes, gearing, fenders, and graphics must work together. We therefore bundle the parts for supermoto conversions from all areas, so you don’t have to order from four dealers at once.

Everyday life demands something different than a race weekend. If you ride your bike daily, you replace chains, sprockets, and brake pads at a steady pace. On the track, however, everything breaks down faster, so it’s worth having Supermoto parts in stock. Our assortment covers both.

Complete wheels, spokes, hubs, tires, and brake discs are available alongside graphics, seat covers, and exhaust systems. The complete wheel sets including attachments are listed under Supermoto Wheels. Everything is sorted by manufacturer, model series, and year of manufacture, so the search is quick. Finding the right Supermoto parts for your bike rarely takes longer than a few minutes.

Your Supermoto Shop for Wheels, Graphics, and Seat Covers

Four product categories make up the assortment: wheels, graphics, seat covers, and exhaust systems. Exhaust systems from Akrapovic to FMF to Yoshimura are listed under Supermoto Exhaust, along with headers, end caps, and DB killers. In addition, there are plastic parts, radiator guards, and optical parts that are easily overlooked in a conversion. The wheels form the core of our Supermoto shop, because with a supermoto, almost every conversion starts with the wheel set.

For graphics, you can choose between ready-made kits and your own design. You can see how wide the selection is under Motorcycle Graphics, where graphics for supermoto, motocross, and street bikes come together. Where racing is allowed, team graphics from US factory teams are available alongside simple stripe sets. The cut and colors of the kits are matched to the model and year of manufacture, so nothing needs to be recut. For seat covers, we work with Troy Lee Designs, Guts Racing, Nithrone, and Thrill Seekers, plus seats in original designs.

The right Supermoto parts for the conversion are not only in the wheel area. From lefthand brake kits to crash pegs to license plate holders, you’ll find the small stuff that completes a build. Supermoto accessories such as grip tape, rim sticker decals, or handlebar pads are also available. Such small parts often decide whether a conversion is finished on the weekend. This breadth is why many bundle their Supermoto parts with us instead of with three shops.

Configurator instead of Off-the-Shelf for your Supermoto Tuning

Four configurators run in our shop. In the Rim Configurator, you can combine hub, rim, spokes, and nipples in terms of color and see the result before the wheel set is built. For many, Supermoto tuning starts right here, because a colored wheel set immediately stands out.

And for graphics? Full Custom means that the base color, lines, and start number are created according to your specifications and not from a catalog. This distinguishes our Supermoto parts from goods that are on every second bike. Two other tools cover the seat, one for MX and Enduro, one for Supermoto and Quad.

Painting in your desired color is also included. A wheel set in matte black or vibrant orange is therefore not a special action, but part of the normal ordering process. Such Supermoto parts are only created after your order, which is why they take time. The exact amount is stated on the respective item.

A Supermoto parts shop thrives on the fact that the individual parts ultimately fit together. That’s why we match the wheel set, graphics, and seat cover in the same color tones if desired. We’ll tell you beforehand if this can be implemented.

Correctly Assessing Rim Dimensions, Tubeless, and Cush Drive

On a supermoto, 17 inches are used front and rear. A width of 3.50 inches is common at the front, with hardly any deviations here. At the rear, it gets wider depending on the setup, usually 4.25 or 5.00 inches. How the bike turns into a corner significantly depends on this dimension, because the rim width sets up or flattens the tire sidewall. That’s exactly why we always ask about the model and intended use for Supermoto parts.

If you ride tubeless, you save the tube and thus a typical source of punctures on the road. However, the construction is more complex. Every spoke nipple must be properly sealed, otherwise the wheel will lose air overnight. For pure track use, many deliberately stick with the combination of tube and rim tape, because it can be patched faster on the go. The cush drive in the rear wheel hub dampens load changes, which are much harder on asphalt than in sand. Without it, the drivetrain wears out the chain and sprockets noticeably faster.

Such details separate Supermoto parts that last for years from parts with a one-season lifespan. For braking, the disc size is important on a supermoto, which is why oversize kits with 320 mm at the front have become standard. Whether your brake caliper needs an adapter depends on the model. Pay attention to this before ordering, otherwise this exact part will be missing on the installation day.

Racing Experience in Every Recommendation We Make

Our assessments are made at the lift and at the starting gate, rarely at the desk and never from a catalog. You’ll notice this in the questions we ask before recommending something. Model, year of manufacture, intended use, and sometimes even the seasonal budget. An honest no is part of it if a part is too good for your use or simply superfluous. Only then do we talk about specific Supermoto parts.

You can reach us by phone and via the WhatsApp parts service, usually faster than via a contact form. Dealers and workshops work with us through their own B2B area. So you don’t buy your Supermoto parts anonymously off the shelf here, but get an opinion on them.
