Brake discs, pads and calipers from Motomaster for your bike

Diller Powerparts stocks the Motomaster brake program from individual pad sets to complete systems, suitable for supermoto, motocross and enduro. The focus is on the discs from the Flame and Halo series. In addition, there are pad sets in four compounds: Sinter Racing, Sinter Pro Racing, Ceramic Racing and Carbon Racing.

If you only want to swap the caliper, you'll find every Moto Master brake caliper with adapter in its own category. The range goes from the 4-piston Racing caliper for the motard to the Factory caliper that replaces the standard clamp. If you want to upgrade the handlebars, you have two hand brake pumps to choose from: the RMC-R with forged lever and a variant based on Magura. The lever position can be adjusted to your hand on the RMC-R.

You won't have to search long for small parts either. We stock replacement levers and brake fluid reservoirs for both pumps, as well as brake light switches and flex lever sets for common off-road brands. If you ride mainly on asphalt, you can compare discs sorted by vehicle brand under Supermoto brake discs. Build your Motomaster package piece by piece.

More bite on the lever with the Moto Master supermoto brake

Since every reserve counts on the race track and kart track, the Supermoto Racing Set is the most consistent solution there. It bundles a 12 mm master cylinder, a Stahlflex line, the two-piece floating Flame disc with 320 mm and a CNC-machined 4-piston caliper with adapter. The front is fitted with pads in the SinterPRO Racing GP racing compound. Because their shape follows a standard that many pad manufacturers have in their program, you can get replacements even if your own stock runs out on race weekend. Such a Moto Master Supermoto brake is available for 12 vehicle brands from Beta to Yamaha, and you choose the hand brake pump yourself when ordering.

Want to keep your standard caliper? Then the Street Kit from Motomaster is the smaller step. It combines the 320 mm Flame disc with a CNC-machined adapter made from 6082 aluminum, and you don't need to change anything on the fork and rim. Watch out for a limitation with this variant that's often overlooked. The 4-piston Racing caliper from Motomaster doesn't fit the Street disc. If you upgrade later, you'll swap both together.

Moto-Master parts for KTM, Husqvarna, Beta and other brands

Whether a part fits is determined first by the vehicle brand, then by model and year of manufacture. Especially KTM, Husqvarna and Gas Gas have installed different standard brakes in recent years depending on the year, so it's worth checking the model information for every Motomaster part. Each product is assigned to a vehicle brand in our shop so you quickly find the right parts.

The Factory calipers from Moto-Master are available for KTM, Gas Gas, Honda, Husqvarna, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha, and for KTM and Gas Gas also for the front wheel. Since they work with your standard pads and the existing adapter, the swap is straightforward. A pair of new pads are included anyway. A closed stainless steel piston keeps dirt out of the caliper.

For the large single-cylinder KTM 690 SMC R and Husqvarna 701, we stock our own pad sets for front and rear. The same applies to the KTM 390 Duke and the electric Stark Varg. Riders of Beta and Sherco will find the oversized 270 mm discs with caliper bracket, and a Motomaster disc for the rear wheel is also ready.

What's still missing is the right look on the handlebars. The flex lever sets are available for KTM in orange, for Husqvarna and Yamaha in blue, and for Honda and Gas Gas in red. Each of these brands also gets the levers in black, Kawasaki and Suzuki exclusively in black.

Oversized disc or complete system for more braking power?

Three expansion stages build on each other. The journey starts with a larger Motomaster disc and ends with the complete racing system. Because with each stage another standard part is removed, costs and installation effort increase.

Off-road, the larger disc is often enough. The Oversized Kit Motocross comes with a 270 mm Flame disc for the front wheel, the matching caliper bracket and pads in Nitro Sport compound. For KTM, Husqvarna and Gas Gas, a 240 mm kit completes the rear wheel. While disc and bracket change, your standard caliper stays unchanged on the fork.

How much reserve do you really need? On the road, the 320 Street Kit follows, which we described above. Motomaster brakes deliver the greatest deceleration only when disc, caliper, pump and line are swapped together as a system. For the motard, an Oversized Kit Supermoto leads directly to this full expansion stage. In everyday use on country roads, that's rarely necessary.

Practical knowledge from our own supermoto conversions

Our KTM EXC 300 from the 2026 model year is available as a finished supermoto conversion that's ready to go immediately. Up front there's a Flame Supermoto Street with CNC adapter, at the back a Flame disc in the same design. The original seat stays in use, and the look matches on both axles.
