Showa suspension kits are used by many World Championship teams in motocross and supercross.

Fork Details:

• Very precise and highly adjustable damping
• Very good fork response is achieved through emerald green DLC coated stanchion tubes
• All internal components are coated, thus reducing internal friction to a minimum
• Outer tubes Kashima coated and the fork lugs are CNC machined for exact precision and torsional rigidity
• Titanium bolts for the axle clamp

Shock Details:

• Very precise and highly adjustable damping
• Very good shock response is achieved through emerald green DLC coated piston rod
• All internal components are coated, thus reducing internal friction to a minimum
• Reservoir and body tube Kashima coated and the shock head and lower end cap are CNC machined for exact precision and torsional rigidity
• Machined shock piston
• Compression adjustable in low and high speed

Showa suspension kits are assembled and tuned specifically to order. When ordering, we need the rider’s weight, rider speed, and desired tuning (more soft, more hard, good response, high bottoming resistance).
The suspension systems are assembled after the order is placed, and the delivery time is approx. 20 working days. Returns for custom-made products are excluded. A change in tuning is not a problem.
