High-performance brake system from Beringer. For Beringer, there is no difference between a brake system for the general public and those for racers. The brakes are designed to withstand the rigors of competition. The included master cylinder comes in 2 versions:

Regular version BRO12 with Ø 17.5mm piston.
Racing version BRO10 with Ø 14.5mm piston.

Our experience:

Most of our customers prefer the BRO12 version. With the BRO10 Racing version, you have a very long lever travel; you can pull the lever almost all the way back to the grip, and that’s not for everyone. It requires a lot of experience and, above all, a lot of trust in the braking system. So if you’re not a racer (aren’t we all racers :-D), then please choose BRO12, otherwise you won’t enjoy riding.

NO SKEW WEAR ON THE PADS

Thanks to the AEROTEC® system (improved pad guidance), skew wear of the pads is significantly reduced with every wear.

LONGER LIFESPAN

By optimizing pad wear, lifespan, efficiency, and endurance are improved.

A BETTER FEELING

Since the pads are not worn at an angle, they do not touch the disc when released. There are no more vibrations.

CONSISTENT BRAKING

Braking is consistent regardless of pad wear and temperature fluctuations.
